You

Referrals may be made by a
physician or counselor, or by the individual. An intake
interview will be conducted over the phone by the intake
coordinator of the program to determine the client's
situation and when they would like to begin treatment.
Intake evaluations will be completed when the client
arrives at the centre. We require that all of our clients
are medically stable, able to live independently and
motivated to recover. For an admission interview call us

*Note: If you are traveling to our centre from outside of
Canada you will need an acceptance letter from our centre.
If you are coming from outside of Canada or the United
States you will need a passport. A passport will now be
required for US citizens to re-enter the US after January
23/07.
