It's great that you're seeking support for yourself, which we know takes much courage. Westwind believes that everyone is capable of full recovery. Frequency and duration of services are flexible based on your individual goals and needs. Westwind does not require a referral from a medical doctor or psychiatrist, and you’re welcome to contact us for a complimentary consult and to ask any questions you might have about our services.
